Urban treats, we stand behind the quality of our product and we make things
right, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully
inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied
with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.
Unfullfilled Orders
With
orders that cannot be fullfilled the purchaser will be notified with regards to
when the order will be fullfilled subject to the availability of the
product/s purchased. Alternative products will be suggested to substitute the
product in question. Alternatively a full refund will be available as an
option.
Returns and Exchanges
You
may return any item purchased on our Web site that arrives at it's destination
that is faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged items must be
received within 24 hours of your
parcel being signed for. Urban Treats will provide instructions on how to
return goods in an appropriate manner. Contact us by phone 07 32574868 or email
order@urbantreats.com.au Urban Treats will replace any damaged items
purchased on the website within 14 days of purchase as long the product is
returned in good condition pending inspection, a exchange or credit will be
issued to you for the value of the item. Delivery fees are non-refundable for
incorrect choice. Products are to be
returned at customers own cost and risk. In order to process your return of
goods the item must be accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a tax
invoice/receipt, also your daytime contact telephone number so that we can

Furniture Return/Exchange Policy
At
Urban Treats, we take great pride in the quality of our furniture. Every item
in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We
encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that
damage occurs in transit, or if you discover a manufacturing defect, please
contact us on 07 32574868 within 24
hours of signing for the item. Upon return, your merchandise will be
inspected. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply. All
return freight costs and insurance of furniture items are at the customer's
expense.
